IndTube strictly prohibits the upload of copyrighted materials. By uploading a video, you explicitly warrant that:

• The video and audio are 100% your original creation.
• Or you have the explicit license to use the royalty-free audio/video.
• You will not upload movie clips, television shows, or mainstream copyrighted music.

Any content found violating these terms will be immediately removed, and repeat offenders will face permanent account bans.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that is:

• Hateful, abusive, or harassing.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Promoting illegal acts or violence.

Our Admin team actively moderates the platform and reserves the right to remove inappropriate items at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
